MAW Charities COvid-19 saftey guidelines

Covid-19 Policy- We are committed to providing a healthy and safe event. According to the CDC 99.99% is the number that they have verified that of those vaccinated, there has not been a Covid breakthrough case. In consideration of the moms we serve who have to care for their children, our volunteers, our entertainers, and you as participants, we are recommending that all attending be vaccinated. We are not a political organization but do care about our families, friends, and supporters. Once seated vaccinated guests can safely remove their masks.

Here are some protocols that may be in place when you attend our event:

  • Stay home if you’re sick. By entering the ballroom, patrons and guests are agreeing that they are not sick and have not had direct contact with anyone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 10 days or exhibits symptoms of COVID-19. It is essential that guests do not attend the event if they are not feeling well.
  • Unvaccinated Guests. If you are one of the rare people at this event unvaccinated, you should provide proof of a negative covid test within 72 hours of the event and wear a mask the entire evening.
  • Hand sanitizer. Upon entering, all guests should use our hand sanitizer stations (unless medically prohibited). We encourage all patrons to go directly to their seats unless they need to use the restroom. Hand sanitizer will be available at all tables.
  • Reducing contact. As permitted by law, you will not need any paper tickets for entry.
  • Contact information. For contact tracing purposes, all guests will have their temperatures checked upon entering the ballroom. If your temperature is above 100 degrees, you will not be able to enter the ballroom.
